Yes, because my water bottle is as large as the ocean. Water is a fluid and takes the shape of its container, therefore the bottom of the container is “bending” the water to conform to its own shape. If you had a bendy straw,and filled up the straw with water and capped it you could bend water, VIOLA! That is not even an experiment.
