The Telescopes shown here are Newtonian… don’t even get me started on Dobsonian light collector scopes. There are many types of Telescopes, but they all have similar problems with reassembling an image after the light has been mixed and reflected several times, which is why CCD detectors in high quality digital cameras give a much better, much more accurate representation of what stars actually look like, and therefore are.
