This shows how refraction is causing the boats and the Islands to appear to be getting cut off and floating in the air. Refraction is light being reflected upwards not down over the curve with a magical force to pull everything back up and lay it out flat in front of you. My angle to the horizon isn’t causing the mirroring because I have been much lower without the mirroring effect occuring. What I want people to see is that the Islands and boat at the beginning are closer than the North Rack at the end of the video but yet the closer objects are cut off and floating where as with less light refraction the North Rack is seen at it’s full height.
I brought this up many months ago only to find someone took what I said and claimed it as their own. They took my content and gave no credit but I’m not going to mention names although it does make me feel like not sharing my work or my ideas.
