really interesting star/heavens chart on Columbus’s map (15mb version) from 1490

clearly shows the moon/Lune, Mercury/Mercurii, Venus, sun/Solis, Mars/Martis, Jupiter/Iovis, Saturn/Saturni

then the 8th sphere/Spera Octava most definitely shows the stars in equidistance around w/ the famous zodiac names

then the 9th sphere/Spera Nona shows itself to be empty from what i can ascertain [interesting(!) & also the mystery]
